Quik-Grout is a single-sack, easy-to-use, sodium-based bentonite grout designed for grouting water wells, monitoring wells, and for plugging holes. Quik-Grout does not contain any polymers.
AQUAGUARD is a bentonite slurry contained in a single bag, consisting of a granular sodium bentonite of Wyoming, mixed with inorganic additives. The slurry is intended to seal and control the annular space around the casing of a water well.
N-SEAL, a clogging soluble in acid, is composed of an inorganic fiber melt spun specially formulated. Because of its solubility in weak acids, N-SEAL sealant is easily removed from production areas.
BAROID® 41 weighting material is a specially processed barite in powder form for use as a drilling fluid weighting additive. BAROID 41 weighting material has a specific gravity of 4.1 and can be used to increase the density of drilling fluids up to 21 lb/gal (2.40 SG).
Baroid Bentonite Pellets are compressed, shaped pellets of high-yielding, untreated Wyoming bentonite. Baroid Bentonite Pellets are available in two sizes: 1/4" and 3/8".
QUIK-GEL® viscosifier is an easy-to-mix, finely ground (200-mesh), premium-grade, high-yielding Wyoming sodium bentonite. QUIK-GEL viscosifier imparts viscosity, fluid loss control and gelling characteristics to freshwater-based drilling fluids.
Baroid Bentonite Pellets are compressed, shaped pellets of high-yielding, untreated Wyoming bentonite. Baroid Bentonite Pellets are available in two sizes: 1/4" and 3/8".
Hole Plug size-graded bentonite is a naturally-occurring Wyoming sodium bentonite clay used to seal and plug earthen boreholes. Hole Plug is mined from specially-selected ore bodies which exhibit a high swelling capability. Hole Plug will fall through a standing column of water in the hole and reach the bottom with delayed hydration without bridging to the wall of the borehole.
Complete fill of the annular space can be achieved, and bridging of the particles in the upper hole is minimized. Complete fill of the annular space is necessary to form an effective, long-term plug in compliance with environmental regulatory requirements.
Hole Plug is available in two particle size grades:
Hole Plug 3/4" (100% of particles pass through 3/4" screen; all particles retained on 3/8" screen)
Hole Plug 3/8" (100% of particles pass through 3/8" screen; all particles retained on 1/4" screen)
Description
AQUAGEL is a finely ground, premium-grade Wyoming sodium bentonite which meets the American Petroleum Institute (API) Specification 13A, section 4 requirement. AQUAGEL provides viscosity and gelling characteristics to freshwater drilling fluids.

BENSEAL is a granular (8-mesh), natural Wyoming sodium bentonite for use in sealing and grouting well casings and earthen structures. BENSEAL is not recommended for use as a drilling mud.
Applications/Functions
Advantages
Typical Properties
Recommended Treatment
As a casing drill and drive operation:
Note:
When drilling and driving a 4" (102mm) pipe, expect to use 2.5 pounds of BENSEAL per foot of hole or 3.7 kilograms of BENSEAL per meter of hole.
BENSEAL/sand grout:
BENSEAL/sand is often used to set shallow casing, heat-pumps, etc.
Note: Sand particle size should be approximately equal to BENSEAL.
Sealing earthen structures:
Normal treatment is between 3 to 5 pounds per square foot (14.5 - 24.5 kg/m2), depending on the type of soil. If the leaking area can be identified and isolated, an attempt can be made to broadcast BENSEAL uniformly into the water over the area in question.
Lost returns (moderate):
Packaging
BENSEAL is packaged in 50-lb (22.7 kg) multiwall paper bags, containing 0.7 ft3 (0.02 m3).
