Lightweight, durable, corrosion and hydrocarbon-resistant High Density Polyethylen (HDPE) plastic shirt, painted lid with monitor well triangle. Buna-NO rubber gasket set into collar insures water-tight seal with pressure fit. High quality stainless steel bolts set into gasketed washers maintain water-tight seal. Foundry insert provides option for custom lettering.
